Facing a problem? Raise a ticket

What a ticket is

A ticket is simply a request for help. When you raise one, your question or problem goes straight to the PhonicSky support team, who'll look into it and get back to you. Think of it as sending us a message about whatever you're stuck on, whether that's your account, a payment, something not working, or a general question. You don't need any technical know-how to raise one.

Where to find it

Open Support from the left menu. If you haven't contacted us before, you'll see a friendly prompt with a Raise your first ticket button. Any tickets you've raised before will be listed here too, so you can find them again.

How to raise a ticket

  1. On the Support page, click Raise your first ticket (or the button to raise a new one).
  2. In Subject, write a short line describing the issue, for example "Payment charged twice."
  3. Optionally choose a Category from the list. This just helps us route your ticket to the right person, and you can leave it blank if you're not sure.
  4. In What happened?, describe the problem in your own words. It helps to include what you expected to happen and, if something went wrong, the steps that led to it.
  5. Click Submit ticket.

That's it. There's no wrong way to fill this in; tell us what's going on in whatever words feel natural, and we'll take it from there.

What happens next

Once you submit, your ticket reaches our support team. We aim to get back to you within 24 hours. You'll receive our reply both on the Support page and by email, so you'll hear back whichever you check first.
