Cancel anytime
Settings → Subscription → Cancel. It takes effect at the end of the paid period; you keep full access until then. No calls, no forms, no retention maze.
Auto-renewal
Premium renews yearly unless cancelled. We email a reminder before every renewal.
Refunds
Except where law requires otherwise, fees already paid are non-refundable — see the Terms of Service. For billing problems, write to support and a human will look at it.
